Engagement Policy
Effective as of 04/10/2026 

Oak Services Group (“OSG”) respects and honors all agreements it, or its principals, have made in the marketplace.  As such, we acknowledge that we are restricted from working with (and will actively refuse work for) any client who was a client of Insource Services, Inc. in any capacity during the period from December 2024 through December of 2025.  All clients of OSG must acknowledge in any agreement for services with us, that they were not a client of Insource Services, Inc. during this period.
