Celeste Hogan is a high-impact financial executive with over 20 years of leadership experience driving fiscal health and operational excellence across the non-profit and for-profit sectors. A Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and trusted advisor to CEOs and Boards, she specializes in bridging the gap between high-level vision and rigorous execution.

Throughout her career, Celeste has held pivotal roles, including Chief Financial & Administrative Officer and Fractional CFO. She has managed complex financial ecosystems for organizations ranging from global travel and EdTech firms to mission-driven nonprofits and start-ups. Her expertise includes:

• Strategic Growth & Sustainability: A proven track record in developing profitable pricing models and long-term financial plans that align with strategic goals and ensure optimal cash-flow, liquidity management, and the achievement of target reserve levels.

• Operational Infrastructure: Expert in designing and implementing best-in-class internal controls, risk mitigation strategies, and efficient systems that create measurable efficiencies, including transitioning organizations to fully remote-work models.

• M&A and Integration: Successfully managed the financial integration of 19 acquisitions and co-led the design of worldwide financial systems for global entities.

• Compliance & Reporting: Highly skilled in GAAP standards, comprehensive grant management, transparent, actionable reporting to internal and external stakeholders, 990 tax filings, and leading comprehensive financial and A-133 audits.

A champion of digital transformation, Celeste leverages technology to drive operational efficiency by implementing and integrating financial and external systems. Her technical portfolio includes:

• ERPs & Accounting: NetSuite/Oracle, QuickBooks Online, and FundEZ.

• Operations & Analysis: Salesforce (CRM), Agiloft (CMS), Mineral Tree (AP), Expensify, and ADP Workforce Now.

• Data Visualization: Designing real-time dashboards and KPIs to provide stakeholders with actionable insights. In addition to her executive roles, Celeste has served as Board Member and Treasurer, providing her with a unique perspective on governance, fiduciary responsibility, and the strategic needs of leadership teams.

Celeste is a licensed CPA in Massachusetts. She holds a B.S. from the University of Massachusetts with a double major in Finance and Marketing, and an MBA with a concentration in Accounting from the McCallum Graduate School of Business at Bentley University.
